Although today it is Mexico‘s number one tourist destination, 23 years ago it was an unknown fisherman’s village with only 117 inhabitants. Nowadays, on the other hand, it offers deluxe modern hotels, a convention center, golf courses, quality restaurants, nightclubs and excellent shops. Not to mention its incredible and beautiful white sand beaches and blue ocean.

Cancún is located in the north-eastern end of the vast and mysterious Yucatan peninsula, an hour’s flight from Miami. The city’s location also makes it readily accessible to some of the most important Mayan archeological areas. Additionally, the weather is also very pleasant, with an average of 80° F (27° C). And better than that, with an annual 240 days of sunshine, rain is rare.
It is easy to understand, therefore, why swimmers, scuba divers, surfers, night owls and sun lovers head all year long to this paradise searching for a good time facing the wonderful Mexican blue ocean.
